Keto Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps Cooking Tips

  1. Keep it Lean: Opt for ground chicken breast to keep these wraps extra lean and protein-packed.
  2. Don’t Skip the Grating: Grating the carrots ensures they blend seamlessly into the mixture, adding natural sweetness and a pop of color.
  3. Adjust the Heat: If you prefer a milder flavor, you can reduce the amount of sriracha sauce or omit the chili flakes altogether. Conversely, for those who love an extra kick, feel free to amp up the heat!

Keto Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps FAQ

Q: Can I use ground turkey instead of chicken?
A: Absolutely! Ground turkey is a fantastic alternative if you prefer it or have it on hand. Naturally, ground beef is another option.

Q: Can I make these wraps ahead of time?
A: Yes! You can prepare the filling and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, simply reheat the filling and assemble your lettuce wraps.

Q: What lettuce is best for wrapping?
A: Crisp lettuce varieties like iceberg or romaine work best for sturdy wraps with plenty of filling without tearing. You can also double up on Bibb lettuce, and it’ll work nicely, too!
