It is a nice friendly environment Service was good the hosts are very friendly and helpful

It was not only dirty and run down, but the clientele who live there appear to be some questionable characters.Upon checking in, the hotel had to cancel my reservation because they had to repair multiple rooms from tenants. Even the area seemed unsafe.

The hotel was extremely dirty. The room was dirty the floor was filthy. The counters didn’t look like they were wiped off. My clean towels had stains on them, and the unit above me had children that ran jumping and banging all night on the floor.

Bed was uncomfortable, no TV remote, long hairs were everywhere, faucet handle was half missing, shower water was way too hot. Don't stay here, unless you have no other choice.

One of the worst places I ever stayed. If you like sleeping with roaches, this is the perfect place for you disgusting absolutely dirtiest hotel in America. They should burn the building and start over. Do not get a room here you will definitely regret it.

Check-in with a reservation took over 1 hours. LOTS of paperwork and a $100 security deposit was required that should be refunded in 3 days...I hope. Room was clean but smelled strongly of a disinfectant that my husband and I both had allergic reaction to. Room had a refrigerator, stove, and microwave but no coffeepot - the only thing we wanted. Also no coffee in the lobby. We also had 1 set of towels for 2 people and couldn't get another because they "were out". Some windows in other units were broken. Definitely don't advise staying here

Check in was supposed to be at 3 and couldn’t check in till 530, it was a very dirty hotel

I slept well, comfortable beds and temperature.A kitchen yes but with nothing to cook. The shower drips.

The room smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room the toilet leaked when flush, the toilet paper holder was broken and appeared housekeeping did do a good job in cleaning or sanitizing.

Poor quality, dirty, service was terrible. One of the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

I paid for my room on-line. I was told when I called in that I could check in at 7am , we arrived at 7:30am and manager , rudely said, she never talked to me abd that we'd have to wait until 3:00pm. Nice couple said we could wait in their room and so we went to room and waited he left to take his girlfriend to work. Housekeeping came by and kicked us out for trespassing. Manager didn't let us explain. She DNR my reservation. Said to contact you guys for my refund

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible experience. There was roaches in the bathroom. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. We got locked out of our room from 3am-7am. The key did not work and the front desk was closed. There is no after hour number. The “emergency phone” did not work. We had to wait outside in the cold for 4 hours because our belongings were in the room.

This is an excellent location. Staff was very nice. There was NO hot water for my entire 3 day stay. Management WAS notified, but the issue was apparently beyond their control. If they fix this issue, I will return, and reverse my review.

I made choice of this place due to price and it looked clean online. I was told room was smoke free.Upon arrival, my first room smelled like a bar room. Total smell of smoke, the paint job was horrible, the furniture looked as though it was 3 years old. Not impressed at all. I asked for a different room. Room number 2, oh it gets better, not. Room number two had no working hot water for the shower. I reported it and said I do not want to switch again, it was just rediculous. So I basically took sink sponge baths my remaining days. I could not believe that I had to go to office and turn in dirty towels and ask for more. There were trash bags in the hallways of which people left. You also had to take care of own trash into a dumpster. The place should be condemned. And there also were so bugs crawling around the rooms that I noticed.It was a horrible experience.
